    well i guess you can possiblly lose 10 pounds of fat nd gain around a few pounds of muscle ( like 3 or 5 ) in 10 weeks.. by achieving this goal u may try to eat healthily and do a large amount of workout..such as lifting/ sit-ups/ jogging( or running..) and maybe add sum other sport which u like to do.. but dont starve cuz u'll probably lose energy to keep on exercising for the following days. last tip: STRONG POWERWILL AND MOTIVATION !! good luck dude ;D
